Welcome, Alpha.

I am Frostbite. You stand at the base of the Aethelgard Spires. These jagged, frozen peaks are home to many, but only the wisest lead a true pack. Follow my words, and you shall command the most powerful pack in the frozen peaks.

Heart of the Territory

Your journey begins in The Den. This is where you manage your pack's strength.

The Alpha Your first wolf is your Alpha. While others may leave if they grow hungry, the Alpha stays forever. They are the only ones who cannot be retired or abandoned.
Stat Points Leveling up earns you 2 Stat Points per level. You must visit the Den to manually assign these to Strength, Agility, Instinct, or other attributes.
Identity In the Den, you can rename your wolves, check their family tree, and equip them with gear or companion animals.

The Struggle

A pack is only as strong as its health. Watch your wolves' needs daily.

Hunger & Thirst These drop every day. Use food from your hoard or visit the stream to keep your wolves satisfied. If these hit zero, they will lose Health.
Health & Death If a wolf's health reaches zero, they perish in the snow. Use healing items from the Market to fix wounds sustained during dangerous hunts.
Resting Doing activities costs Energy. Wolves can regenerate energy naturally over time, or you can send them to Sleep to recover faster.

The Wilds & Minigames

Leave the safety of the Den to grow your hoard and find new pack members.

Exploring An RPG-based journey. Send a scout to encounter random events, find items, or earn currency through text-based encounters in the Spires.
Hunting & Scavenging Send teams to bring back meat (Hunting) or crafting materials (Scavenging). The bigger the team, the better the reward.
Finding Lost Wolves The Adoption Center is where "Lost Wolves" appear. If you have space in your pack, you can rescue them and give them a home.
Minigames Feeling playful? Check the Minigames section to earn extra rewards and Bones while testing your own skills and luck.

The Lineage

To ensure the future of the pack, you must look to the pups.

Maturity Required Wolves cannot breed as pups. They must be full Adults (Level 3 or higher) before they can produce a legacy.
Breeding Potential Each wolf has a set amount of Potential points. Every breeding session uses a point. Once empty, that wolf can no longer have pups.
Mutations Rarely, pups are born with unique visual shifts. Examples include the ghostly Albinism or the dark Melanism.

The Bone Exchange

We trade only in Bones—the currency of the Spires.

Earning Bones Earn Bones by leveling up your pack, completing minigames, or finding treasures while exploring the peaks.
The Market Visit the Exchange to barter your Bones for survival supplies, ritual items, and companions to aid your wolves.
Companion Buffs Some companions, like the Ermine, provide mechanical bonuses such as bringing back +1 Extra Loot from every session!

Spirits of the Spires

If you lose your way or encounter a glitch in the snow...

If something isn't working right, or you need technical help, navigate to the Bugs & Reports page. The spirits will look into your howl.
Frostbite's Wisdom: "A wise Alpha knows when to ask for help. Don't let a small crack in the ice become a frozen lake."
